Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a common, chronic, debilitating condition that can have a major impact on an individual’s quality of life. In this presentation, we will discuss in detail the subtypes of IBS and how it differs from other similar gastrointestinal conditions. Additionally, we will review common symptoms of IBS, and how it is diagnosed and managed.
