Mental health is an integral and essential component of health. However, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities face inequities in the access to mental health treatment and services. In recognition of National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, Nhi-Ha Trinh, MD, MPH, will discuss the unique mental health challenges faced by BIPOC communities and review resources for individuals and communities to support their mental health.
