Join us for a gentle flow yoga class. Led by yoga instructor, Meg Mahnks, this evening session is a slow-paced yoga practice that connects breath with movement, focusing on relaxation, balance, and body awareness.

Margaret (Meg) Mahnks
Meg has been an oncology (cancer) nurse for over 20 years at the Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute. This is when her personal journey started with yoga. Yoga became her sanctuary amidst the demands of nursing, offering solace both on and off the mat. This led to a passion to teach and share that same gift. Her goal is to make yoga accessible to everybody while linking movement with breath.
