About Raymond Chung, MD

Raymond Chung, MD, is Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Endoscopy at Mass General Brigham and Zhou Family Endowed Chair at Mass General Hospital. He is also Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. In 2021, he served as President of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases. Dr. Chung completed his B.A. at Harvard College and his MD from Yale University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins and a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Massachusetts General Hospital.
