In reflecting on your visit, think about the phases of care during this encounter, from scheduling the appointment through the discharge process as you left. Please consider the overall experience during each phase. Consider whether the front desk staff and clinical staff listened carefully to you. Consider whether you (and your child) were treated with courtesy and respect. Consider whether you had to wait a long time for any particular phase of care.
