Appointment Information
The Lurie Center for Autism is currently at full capacity, and our goal is to safely continue serving our established patients.
- Effective March 1, 2026: We are accepting referrals from the Mass General Brigham network for Autism Diagnostic Evaluations for patients with concern for a possible Autism diagnosis aged 5 years and younger. We are also accepting referrals from the Mass General Brigham network for psychiatric services for patients already diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder for ongoing care. Mass General Brigham clinicians can complete internal referrals directly through the Mass General Brigham system.
- Before requesting a new appointment, please call the MGH Registration and Referral Center at 866-211-6588 to complete the registration process and obtain an MGH patient number (medical record number).
- If you are an active patient at the Lurie Center for Autism (seen within the last 3 years) and you need to schedule your next appointment, please call 781-860-1700 or contact us via Patient Gateway.
- Appointments for speech-language, occupational therapy, and physical therapy are scheduled through our Lurie Center partners, Spaulding Outpatient Center for Children Lexington. Please call 781-860-1742 for guidance on scheduling a new appointment for these services.
- For individuals with an Asperger profile: To request information about social skills groups, summer camp, and teen and adult transition programs, please contact MGH Aspire at 781-860-1900.
The Lurie Center for Autism is committed to providing ongoing evidence-based learning and training opportunities for patients, families, and professionals. Our educational parent and caregiver workshops are held virtually and open to the public. Registration is required. Learn more here. Our popular Coffee Convo presentation series runs monthly throughout the year. Coffee Convo events are presented virtually on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm – 7:30pm.
