COVID-19 and Celiac Disease Survey

As part of an effort to collect preliminary data for research efforts, and to enhance patient care and safety, Dr. Alessio Fasano and the Center for Celiac Research and Treatment team at MGfC present a survey for diagnosed celiac disease patients. This survey, powered by REDCap (a secure data collection platform), is brief and anonymous.
