Everyone was nice but we waited an hour to be seen
Provider was very nice, but we only spoke all of maybe 5 min. We were in and out and it seemed very rushed. Overall happy that we are going to initiate a sleep study, but I was a very quick quick appointment.
I'm not sure how we lucked out with Dr. Hartnick as our caregiver as we were on vacation from Chicago and not regular patients but I'm so grateful. He's very kind, gentle and easy to work with and makes you feel at ease.
Felt very rushed and came home with additional questions
I was so happy they were able to see my son last minute for a concern we had
The doctors were incredible. We were a last-minute appointment that led it to an unplanned surgery. They made us comfortable and thoroughly explained what we should expect.
I have now seen Dr. Hartnick for two of my children for laryngomalacia. And not only do I think that he is a fantastically informed doctor, he also still very much remembers what it means to be a human. And I appreciate his help. Thank you. Take care.
Amazing practice!
Always so helpful, professional, easy and accommodating. Staff is friendly! Even though appointments had to be canceled several times, they still did what they could to help me align hearing test with visit.
He seemed very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns, but he appeared to be rushed. [redacted]
