About Nancy Haff, MD, MPH

Dr. Nancy Haff, MD, MPH, is a concierge physician at Exceptional Health who practices thoughtful, evidence-based primary care grounded in long-term relationships and true patient partnership. She earned her medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gold Humanism Honor Society, completed her internal medicine residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, and later served as Chief Resident. She also holds a Master of Public Health in Clinical Effectiveness from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Prior to joining Exceptional Health, Dr. Haff practiced primary care at MGH, where she became known for her empathetic, high-quality approach to care. She also serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Her clinical interests include preventive care and the management of cardiometabolic conditions, with a focus on personalized, practical strategies that support long-term health and wellness.
