About Aaron Paul, MD

Dr. Aaron Paul is a neuroradiologist who cares for patients with abnormalities of the brain, spine, and head and neck. Dr. Paul’s clinical and research interests include advanced tumor and stroke imaging, dementia, diagnosis and management of spinal cerebrospinal fluid leaks, and artificial intelligence.

 

Dr. Paul was born in Bethesda, MD, grew up in Indianapolis, IN, and graduated magna cum laude from Brown University with a concentration in neuroscience. He received his MD degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in neuroradiology at Massachusetts General Hospital where he was chosen to be a chief fellow. He returned to Massachusetts General Hospital in 2021 as an Instructor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School after spending four years practicing neuroradiology at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington, MA. Dr. Paul is the Service Chief for Myelography and Spinal Interventions and Liaison to Newton-Wellesley Hospital for the Division of Neuroradiology.
