About the Event
This webinar will provide an overview of the mental health impacts related to climate change and explore how forest therapy can be used as a vehicle to address these impacts. Specific learning objectives are to:
- Identify three mental health impacts of climate change
- Describe forest therapy and how its use can improve mental health
- Identify three ways forest therapy can alter the course of climate change
