Clinical Training and Curriculum: Years 1 & 2
A central mission of our training program is to develop truly exceptional cardiovascular clinicians. Our curriculum focuses on the fundamental concepts in cardiovascular physical diagnosis and clinical reasoning, and is enriched by the expertise of prominent national leaders from within the MGH community.
Mentorship, Research, and Community
A core component of the Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship is the Career Mentorship Program (CMP). In addition to structured mentorship in basic, translation, and clinical research, fellows also have the opportunity to participate in community care, and health equity and global cardiology initiatives.
Many of our general cardiovascular fellows will pursue advanced training in one of our subspecialty programs.
