Relaxation classes at the Massachusetts General Hospital Corrigan Minehan Heart Center gently guide participants through a variety of relaxation techniques, including gentle stretching, yoga, tai chi, breathing exercises, visualization and meditation.

Relaxation classes at the Corrigan Minehan Heart Center's Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Center give participants a chance to experience some of the stress management and relaxation tools discussed in the Heart Smart Series Managing Stress I and II classes.
