Antigone Grasso, MBA, is Nursing & Patient Care Services Director of Finance and Analytics for Massachusetts General Hospital. She oversees preparation of the Patient Care Services (PCS) operational budget, development of the PCS Data Warehouse, advancement of workforce planning and data analytic tools, and management of the patient acuity and staff scheduling systems.

Antigone has over 27 years of experience, the last 19 years within the healthcare field. Prior to joining Massachusetts General Hospital in 2013, she worked at NewYork-Presbyterian serving first as Strategic Sourcing Manager for the institution and then as Director of Business Operations and Finance for Perioperative Services for NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell. Prior to entering the healthcare field, she held Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis positions in the financial services and telecom industries.

Antigone graduated cum laude from the Stern School of Business at New York University and earned her MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.
