George Reardon, MBA, has been Director of N & PCS Clinical Support Services since 2009. George provides leadership and direction for our inpatient care environment and nonclinical operations, including over 300 unit service associates and a 15-member management and project team. 

George joined Mass General in 1988 as the Purchasing Department Operations Manager, and then led various Purchasing and Materials Management functions at Mass General, Brigham and Women's Hospital and Spaulding Rehab prior to joining Patient Care Services in 1997.
 
Currently George’s current interests involve staff development and service improvement, operational efficiency and process improvement.
 
George earned his BA in economics from Brandeis University and his MBA in health care administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
