Blum Center Program: COVID-19 Challenges, Opportunities, and Lessons Learned
In this Massachusetts General Hospital Blum Center presentation from April 12, 2022, Drs. Carine Davila and Gladys Pachas discuss moving from unprecedented COVID-19 challenges to community empowerment and teamwork. They also weigh in on the continued importance of COVID-19 vaccination (including boosters) among other strategies to prevent COVID-19 transmissions and end the pandemic that has disproportionately affected our historically marginalized communities.
This program is a collaboration between the Blum Center and Equity and Community Health at Mass General in recognition of National Minority Health Month, with this year’s theme being “Give Your Community a Boost!”
