Welcome to our transformative DEI Learning Pathway. At CDI, we go beyond education, building a cycle of understanding, action, and accountability to create an inclusive workplace that empowers all.
At CDI, we know that education alone is not enough to create a truly inclusive and anti-racist workforce where all can experience a true sense of belonging. We must also shape policy, and have support and accountability from everyone to achieve these goals.
Recognizing that the quest to seek out knowledge is a journey, we have designed a customizable DEI Learning and Education Pathway, aligned with Mass General Brigham's United Against Racism (UAR).
