About Caitlin Coit, RN, BSN, MSN, CPNP

Caitlin Coit is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about the care of Pediatric Surgical and Trauma patients. She completed her initial Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Colby College, and after working in clinical research for two years, she returned to Northeastern University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. 

She has been caring for pediatric patients since 2012, initially as a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit nurse at NYU Medical Center. While living in New York and working at NYU, she completed her Master’s in Nursing – Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Degree – at Columbia University. Caitlin went on to work as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Massachusetts General Hospital for Children, covering inpatient Surgical specialties starting in November 2016. In July of 2019, she transitioned to the role of Pediatric Trauma Program Manager and Pediatric General Surgery Nurse Practitioner which allows her to combine her love of direct patient care with her interest in Quality and Process improvement. 

In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, swimming, singing, and spending time with family and friends.
