Your Mass General Health Navigation team takes a holistic view of life’s challenges and partners with you to construct a health action plan that solves the complexities of personal life via health coaching, easing access to care and navigating employer-offered benefits. We start this by asking the question, “What’s most important to you?” and using evidence-based coaching methodologies to build trust-based relationships, recognizing the interrelatedness of all aspects of our well-being.
