Public Transportation:
We are conveniently located near the Charles-MGH stop on the MBTA Red Line.
The Mass General shuttle bus runs between North Station on the MBTA Green and Orange Lines and Mass General. The Charlestown Navy Yard shuttle stops behind the Charles River Plaza on Staniford Street and an accessible walkway leads to the front of the building near Whole Foods. See shuttle schedule.

Patient Shuttle On Call is available to assist patients that need to get to nearby Mass General practices, including our Charles River Plaza location. Patients can request a Patient Shuttle Bus from a Mass General Hospital Information Desk and a bus will drive them from the lobby to the hospital building where the appointment is scheduled.
