Bailey Marshall, MSW, LICSW, APHSW-C (she/her) is a member of the impatient palliative care service and joined the Division in 2023. She is certified as an Advanced Palliative and Hospice Social Worker. Bailey earned her Bachelor of Science from Middlebury College and her Master of Social Work from the Boston College School of Social Work. Prior to joining the Division of Palliative Care and Geriatric Medicine at MGH, Bailey worked for many years as a hospice clinical social worker at Good Shepherd Community Care. In addition to her clinical work, Bailey leads programmatic development for the Bereavement Program, which provides support and resources to those who have lost someone on the palliative care service. Her interests include bereavement counseling and serious illness communication.
