Han (pronounced “hahn”) is a clinical social worker in the Caregiver Support Program with the Dementia Care Collaborative. Prior to this position, she was an inpatient neurology social worker here at MGH, working with patients who experienced a stroke and/or traumatic brain injury and supporting them and their loved ones during their hospital admission. Han obtained her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Biology and Sociology at Boston College and her Master of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania, where she also earned the Penn Aging Certificate. In her free time, she enjoys trying new foods, going to museums, and building Legos.
