About Kelsey Anderson-Gandhi, LCSW

Kelsey joined Massachusetts General Hospital in October 2019 in support of the Mass General Brigham Memory Care Initiative, a clinical co-management program that offers patients and families experiencing cognitive impairment robust assessment, care, and support in the primary care setting.

Kelsey earned her Master’s in Social Work in 2019 from the Boston College School of Social Work, where she specialized in clinical practice with older adults and families. While at BC, she completed her clinical training at Commonwealth Care Alliance and the Alzheimer’s Association. Before becoming a social worker, Kelsey worked for six years as a user experience designer and researcher at athenahealth, a Massachusetts-based health care technology company, helping to develop software products that improved healthcare delivery. Prior to joining Mass General, Kelsey worked as a care consultant for the MA/NH chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
