Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Northeastern University and completed her master’s degree in nursing at Boston College. She is board certified in adult-gerontology primary care and received her training in palliative care through the Harvard Palliative Care Interdisciplinary Fellowship Program. She joined Massachusetts General Hospital as a patient care associate in 2008, worked as a floor nurse on a medical unit at Mass General from 2010-2016 and began working as a nurse practitioner with the Division of Palliative Care and Geriatrics in 2017. She is now a member of the Mass General Brigham Home-Based Palliative Care Team, where she can pursue her interests in geriatrics, dementia care, and home care.
