Teddy Burger, MDiv (he/they) joined the Division of Palliative Care & Geriatric Medicine as a chaplain in 2025. Teddy earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Miami University in 2018, a Certificate in Religious Studies from the University of Cincinnati in 2021, and a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School in 2024. His studies focused on Christianity, spiritual care, and alternative spiritualities. Teddy completed his clinical pastoral education at Massachusetts General Hospital and worked supporting the MGH Spiritual Care department before beginning this role.
