The Partners HealthCare Biobank recently unveiled two interactive research kiosks at the MGH, located in both the Wang and Yawkey 2 lobbies, to raise awareness of the Biobank throughout the hospital community. The Biobank is a large research initiative that brings patients, clinicians and investigators together to make research discoveries that improve care for patients and generations to come. Patients and employees are asked to provide consent, a blood sample and take a health survey. These contributions are used in cutting-edge research projects on a wide variety of health conditions, including cancer, diabetes and heart disease. The Biobank currently is supporting more than 115 different studies. Biobank offices are located at Wang 238 and Yawkey 3498.For more information, visit
