Massachusetts General Hospital staff paid tribute to its unit service associates (USAs)—who maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of units throughout the hospital—in this appreciation video. “These past three months have been unprecedented times for not only Mass General, but for all of us,” says Scott Parsons, associate clinical director of Clinical Support Services. “Working in health care is not an easy field, and it is especially difficult amid a global pandemic. I am just so proud of the response that Team USA has had to COVID-19. The dedication and work ethic has been second to none in this hospital, and for that, I cannot thank you enough.”
This Mass General video offers a thanks to "Team USA."
Providing high-quality patient care and a pleasant patient experience is a top priority at Mass General, from the start of the patient’s stay until their safe return home.
To deliver highly specialized, time-sensitive care to patients quickly while also helping to combat ongoing capacity challenges, a multidisciplinary team developed the Neurosciences Receiving Unit.
