Laura is a board-certified nurse practitioner who cares for adult patients admitted to the Orthopaedic Shoulder Service and Spine Service at Massachusetts General Hospital. She received an undergraduate degree in health sciences at Merrimack College. She then completed her nursing degree from the MGH Institute of Health Professions, and a Family Nurse Practitioner masters degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Laura worked as an inpatient orthopedic nurse for 7 years, caring for patients at the bedside with varying orthopedic conditions.
