Rafic Nehme, MBA, is the director of pharmacy business and finance at Massachusetts General Hospital. Rafic provides leadership in the area of pharmaceutical finance, supply chain management, the 340B program and pharmacy analytics.

In this role, Nehme oversees the Pharmacy Department’s annual operating budget and capital budget, multi-year financial planning and the quantitative analysis of data signals impacting multiple aspects of the Pharmacy Department. Also, he is responsible for Mass General Pharmacy Department strategic procurement and other aspects of the pharmaceutical procurement needs such as strategic vendor relationships and procurement consortiums.

Prior to joining Mass General, Nehme served in a number of leadership roles at Mass General Brigham during his 15-plus years of experience in the fields of revenue cycle and cost management. He earned his master’s in business administration with a specialization in corporate finance from Suffolk University.
