MGH Beacon Hill Primary Care, part of Massachusetts General Hospital, consists of physicians and residents who tailor care to each patient’s individual needs. We use leading-edge technology, such as Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway and MGH Virtual Visits, to improve the quality of patient care.

A Team Approach to Care
We provide health care as a team, with a focus on the individual patient. This model is often called a “patient-centered medical home.”
Each dedicated health care team includes:
- A physician and/or resident
- Medical assistant
- Administrative staff
Together, the patient and health care team will create a health care plan that is personalized and coordinated to help them stay healthy and to provide care when they need it, often with shorter wait times. The team can help patients better understand their health care needs, maintain an accurate medication list or connect them with specialists if necessary. Patients will be encouraged to play an active part in their health care by asking questions, communicating with their care team and collaborating to reach healthy goals.
