Betsi Alarcón Garcia trained as a Recreational Therapist, receiving her BS from Regis College. Prior to joining the bilingual Equity in Kidney Transplantation (EqKT) team at the Mass General Transplant Center, Betsi served pediatric patients at Cambridge Health Alliance. She is passionate about providing culturally sensitive care while promoting health and wellness. Betsi supports kidney transplant patients identified as EqKT candidates as determined by social determinants of health and other criteria.
