Isabella Baquero is originally from the Dominican Republic, where she worked as a wellness intern for several years prior to joining the team at the Mass General Transplant Center. She completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Nutrition Sciences at Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island. As the Health & Wellness Navigator on a multidisciplinary team of kidney specialists, she supports patients with chronic kidney disease by helping them navigate the often complex transplant process.
