Virtual Open House for Underrepresented in Medicine (URiM) Applicants
About the Event
On Saturday, September 18, from 1-3 pm EST, the Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine will host a virtual meet-and-greet for URiM anesthesiology applicants. Massachusetts General Hospital anesthesia residents and staff—all of whom represent a diverse set of backgrounds—will share what the day-to-day looks like as a resident in the Anesthesia Residency Program and why the department is well suited for prospective URiM applicants.
The event will include breakout rooms in which prospective residents will have the opportunity to meet with various members of the Mass General team to ask questions about the program and learn about the hospital culture.
