Though a cancer diagnosis can affect all aspects of a patient’s life, sexual health is not often an area of focus. Join nurse practitioner Lorraine Drapek as she reviews the scope of sexual health issues after a cancer diagnosis and treatment. She will discuss common issues and general interventions as well as provide information about available resources.

Lorraine is a nurse practitioner in Radiation Oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital. She holds a doctorate degree in nursing practice. She has practiced nursing for 40 years and oncology (cancer) nursing for over 30 years. Lorraine established and currently runs the Sexual Health Clinic for oncology patients at the Mass General Cancer Center as well as in Radiation Oncology. She also established a sexual health clinic for women with gynecologic cancers in the country of Botswana.
