Clinical care is offered to patients hospitalized in a variety of settings at Mass General for Children, Shriners Hospitals for Children- Boston, and the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Many of these patients are critically ill with complex multi-system disorders.

Outpatient Services

We provide outpatient consultative services in pediatric infectious disease and congenital and acquired immunodeficiency to children in Eastern Massachusetts and the New England region. In addition, we offer transitional follow-up care to recently discharged inpatients to optimize post-discharge care.

A Tradition of Caring

At Mass General for Children, we know that the time of your child’s diagnosis and treatment is a very stressful one and we strive to provide an open, welcoming environment. We believe that no one knows a child as well as the parent does: parents, along with primary care providers, become our partners in a child's care and have an active voice in all treatment plans.
