An update regarding the Observer Program: Due to administrative understaffing, we will unfortunately not be opening applications for the Fall 2026 observer period, which runs from September through December.
At this time, our current staffing limitations do not allow us to adequately support the application review, onboarding, and coordination required to run the program at the standard we aim to provide. This decision was not made lightly, and we recognize that this program is of significant interest and value to many prospective observers.
We are actively working to address these administrative challenges and are hopeful that the observer program can be fully up and running again in the near future. Updates will be shared online as soon as we are able to confirm next steps and future application timelines. Please check for updates on our website.
If you already have a pre‑existing observer appointment planned for the Fall period, please note that no immediate action is required on your part. We will reach out to you directly within the next few weeks with additional information and guidance.
