Overview

The Mass General Department of Radiology is dedicated to advancing and support a group of diverse trainees.

Our goals are to:

Build, sustain, and educate a diverse group of trainees
Ensure our trainees are engaged and feel their individual backgrounds, traits and skills are valued and respected
Recruit, sustain, and educate a diverse workforce at all levels of the department
Ensure the workforce has the knowledge and skills to leverage diversity and inclusion to enhance effectiveness and performance of individuals and teams
Ensure our workforce members are engaged and feel their individual backgrounds, traits, and skills are valued and respected
Cultivate a diverse research investigator and subject participant population
Ensure our research trainees and workforce are engaged and feel their individual backgrounds, traits, and skills are valued and respected
