Not evena “bomb cyclone” can keep the MGH from providing excellent patient care. On Jan. 4, while winter storm Grayson dumped a foot of snow in Boston, MGH Buildings and Grounds staff worked to ensure sidewalks were clear and salted, ambassadors welcomed patients, and staff – canines included – continued to provide the best care. In other words, it was business as usual at the MGH.
