About Amanda Tetreault, PT, MSPT

Amanda received a Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science from Northeastern University in 2004 and furthered her education there with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2005. Following graduation Amanda worked for Sports and Physical Therapy Associates in Brookline, MA for 14 years where she eventually became the sole manager as the company grew.

After 14 years with SPTA, Amanda opted to transition to the South, to be closer to family, which had migrated from her native state of NH. She then joined Physiotherapy Associates, headed by National Medical Director and orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews, and its Assistant Clinical Director, PT Kevin Wilk. While in Florida, she went on to work at Sullivan Rehab Services where she specialized in baseball repetitive stress injuries and surgeries, allowing for patients to transition to the Florida Baseball Ranch where players were guided to their next level of play.

In 2017, she returned to Boston and joined Mass General Sports Physical Therapy. Along with providing specialized orthopedic care to patients of all activity levels, she is a member of the Global Disaster Response team through Mass General. She also volunteers annually at the Boston Marathon in the medical tent as well as Exceptional Citizen’s Week at Camp Fatima in Gilmanton NH.
