About Jamie Preszler, PT, DPT, OCS, ATC

Jamie Preszler PT, DPT, OCS, ATC is a Senior Physical Therapist at Mass General's Sports Physical Therapy in Boston. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science with a concentration in Athletic Training from Fort Lewis College in 2005 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2010. Dr. Preszler is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through the ABPTS. She is a member of the Mass General Brigham Women's Sports Medicine Program, which is an interdisciplinary team dedicated to the comprehensive care of female athletes. She is also a member of the medical staff for the Boston Ballet with a focus on shoulder rehabilitation.

Jamie’s clinical practice includes rehabilitation of athletes with sports-related shoulder injuries including upper extremity return to sport evaluation, female athletes who have sustained a sports injury, and disorders of the lumbopelvic and hip regions. Her clinical expertise is in pain and pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions of the lower extremity in female athletes, including development of rehabilitation guidelines for pregnancy-related knee pain and return to running in the postpartum period.
