In this video we explore the science of yoga related to cancer and the use of yoga to manage cancer-related symptoms and stress. We also offer a gentle yoga practice for relaxation. Led by Loren Winters, ANP-BC (Oncology Nurse Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and the Associate Director of Breast Cancer Survivorship at Mass General Cancer Center Waltham) and Luba Zagachin (Cancer Center Yoga Therapist).
