Caitlin has been working in the field of smoking cessation since 2010. Over the past 10 years, she was working in the MGH inpatient tobacco treatment Service providing nicotine withdrawal management and tobacco cessation counseling thousands of patients. Prior to working at Mass General, she worked at Gosnold Treatment Centers, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility, as a patient access counselor.
