Job Opportunities
The Aspire Program at MassGeneral Hospital hires college undergraduate and graduate school students each year who are interested in working with children and teens on the autism spectrum. These summer positions support the professional development of students interested in pursuing degrees or careers in the fields of education, psychology, social work, occupational, speech and physical therapy. All staff receive 40 hours of training, prior to the start of summer programming, along with ongoing supervision and professional development from experienced staff. Additionally, summer staff gain access to valuable networking opportunities within MassGeneral Hospital and beyond. Additional opportunities may be available to meet the unique needs of graduate programs.
