In this clinic, your son or daughter will be seen by all of the following specialists at MassGeneral Hospital for Children and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary:
- Physicians who have expertise with Down syndrome (PDF)

Families will be educated about Down syndrome and comprehensive supports will be provided for their child’s early needs. If your child is already being seen by one of these specialists elsewhere, you can certainly opt out of any of the components. We are happy to work with you child's care team regardless of where they are located. Please make sure to let our Program Coordinator know this when you submit your intake form.
During the visit to the Down Syndrome Program, your physician might discuss with you the need for other specialty providers to be involved in your son’s or daughter’s care. If your child is followed by a specialist elsewhere, you can certainly continue care with that provider. The following is a partial list of providers that are available at Mass General Hospital:
- Sleep Medicine
