Mass General Commuter Services

Parking and Commuter Services added new applications to the Mass General Commuter's Corner which allow employees to sign up for the wait list at existing employee parking locations and also view their status on a particular wait list. Mass General Commuter's corner is also available on Mass General Brigham build computers under Partners Applications > Utilities > MGH Commuters Corner.

The Parking Division formalized the creation of over 100 carpools. The result was increased convenience for employees while promoting greener commuting options.

The department continued the facilitation of the Traffic Multi-Agency group. This is a public/private partnership designed to monitor and resolve traffic and pedestrian issues in the West End/Beacon Hill area. This is crucial with the ongoing four-year repair project of the Longfellow Bridge.

Our contract valet partner, Towne Park, continues to be a special and welcomed service for our patients and visitors. Valet parking is now provided at the Wang, Yawkey and CRP and more than 150,000 vehicles use the service annually.

Our Commuter Services Team continues to administer the MBTA Pass program to more than 11,400 employees, while continually seeking creative, innovative and green means for employees to commute. More commuter services information
