Fellowship training in pediatric epilepsy is offered as part of our ACGME-accredited Epilepsy Fellowship. Completion of this program qualifies participants for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Added Certificate in Epilepsy examination.
Fellows with training in Child Neurology work closely with adult Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology fellows in inpatient units and the Clinical Neurophysiology Laboratory but focus their experience on pediatric epilepsy clinics under the direction of Dr. Elizabeth Thiele.
The Pediatric Epilepsy Fellowship typically follows successful completion of a pediatric neurology residency.
Applicants should send a curriculum vita, a letter describing long-term interests and career objectives, and three letters of reference to Dr. Douglas Maus, Dr. Andrew J. Cole and Fellowship Coordinator Joanna Richards. Administrative questions and requests for general information should be directed to Joanna Richards.
