Center for Health Policy and Advocacy
We promote health policy reform that improves patient care and provider well-being through education, evidence-based policy analysis, and advocacy.
We believe health policy analysis and direct advocacy are crucial skills affecting neurology patients and practitioners.
Our Center focuses on three pillars:
1. Educating neurology faculty, staff, and trainees regarding the local, state, and federal legislative and regulatory landscape and the role of advocacy in those contexts
2. Providing evidence-based policy analysis on behalf of the Mass General Hospital Department of Neurology
3. Advocacy to local, state, and federal policymakers to advance health policy reforms that benefit neurology patients and practitioners at Mass General Hospital and beyond.
Group Members:
Dr. Jonathan Crowe, MD, MPH, MSc (Co-Founder and Co-Director)
Dr. Justin Jordan, MD, MPH (Co-Founder and Co-Director)
