About John L. Niles, MD

Dr. Niles' research focuses on effects of drugs such as rituximab in Antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibody (ANCA) vasculitis, the nephrotoxic effects of drugs of abuse, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRR). He is an Assistant Physician at the Massachusetts General Hospital and is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.

Research Interests

Immunopathology of renal disease and vasculitis with particular interest in antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) and their role in disease.
