He listens to my concerns

I had written the wrong time on my calendar and was an hour late. I sent a message on the app saying that it was my mistake but I was going to go in in case they could meet with me. A couple minutes later his fellow entered the virtual room. Everything was fantastic. They were very accommodating and wonderful.

I find Dr. Klawiter to be very thorough. He takes plenty of time to ask questions, hear out my answers, discuss them with me. He also answers questions that my husband might have.
