This series was established to honor Dr. del Carmen's dedication to leadership development. Dr. del Carmen is the Chief Executive Officer of the MGPO and has dedicated her career to supporting women in academic medicine as well as faculty with diverse backgrounds.
Nancy J. Tarbell, MD, Faculty Development Lecture Series - 
This series was established to honor Dr. Tarbell’s dedication and leadership. She was the founding Director of both the MGH Center for Faculty Development and the Office for Women’s Careers where she was instrumental in advancing and promoting the academic careers of MGH faculty.

The TEDxMGH videos present inspirational stories from the MGH community, including how people have handled challenges through innovation, resilience, vulnerability, and connection. These monthly 10-12 min. stories by your colleagues cover far-reaching topics – from antiracism and social justice to climate change, laughter, coping with loss, COVID-19, and living and working with depression.
  • TEDxMGH (Nov-May) and TEDxMGH (Jun-present) are internal events on the TEDx website and therefore the videos are only accessible by MGH employees.
